D400 Air Blades are an injection moulded precision part made from 30% glass filled nylon polymer.
The Air Blades are very consistent in terms of mass and weight distribution.
Typically a new blade can be added to an existing blade set without creating imbalance.
Note, that any Air Blade found to be cracked or chipped should be replaced to avoid possible failure in operation.
