Description
The brushes used in Eclectic wind generators are manufactured from sintered copper and graphite.
The brushes are used to transfer output power from the alternator housing to a stationery slipring assembly mounted on the machines yaw shaft.
The brushes are mounted on stainless steel saddle springs which provides a constant contact pressure between brush and slipring.
These parts are supplied as a pre-assembled brush plate unit which acts as a direct replacement for the old part and includes fitting instructions, fasteners and sundry components.
