We recommend that whenever the alternator backplate on a Duo-Gen/ Sail-Gen is removed, a new ‘O’ ring seal is fitted to ensure the housing remains watertight. The pack includes new fibre sealing washers for the three back plate screws. Please feel free to contact us if you require additional advice or guidance.
